What are you looking at?
- My growing garden of veggies and herbs, along with newly planted flowers in the yard.
- Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms from a recent renovation my husband and I took on. It’s been a ton of work, but so rewarding to see everything come together!
- I’m always reading far too many books at one time … currently, I’m loving World of Wonders by Aimee Nezhukumatathil and Letting Go by David R. Hawkins.
What are you listening to?
- InsightTimer, a guided meditation app that I use daily. This weekend, I completed a 10-day Eco Challenge which began on Earth Day.
- During my daily walk, I like to listen to Audible or Apple Podcasts. I’m listening to All We Can Save on Audible at the moment and it’s been so inspiring. For podcasts, I’m always looking for new recommendations, but I always return to Tara Brach, Ram Dass: Here and Now, and On Being.
- At this moment, I’m currently listening to my 2 dogs (Ziggy and Kai) play behind me in my office 🙂 They love their play time, which always seems to align with when I have Zoom meetings 😉
